Correction: Delivery was supposed to be 1-3 business days.
I placed an order on 4/18/20. I received an order confirmation, #***, at 9:41am on 4/19/20. Stated I would receive a shipping confirmation when it ships. The money for the item was taken out of my account on 4/19/20. I have sent several emails and a *** messenger to them asking for an update. Today is 5/18/20 and I have received no replies back, no shipping confirmation and no item. I just checked on their *** page and other people have stated they don't respond to emails and they too never received shipping information.
