Review: I have emailed twice to submit required info and request a warranty claim on an 11th Doctor Sonic Screwdriver (the toy has a 1 year defect warranty, and a small plastic piece inside holding the internal spring mechanism fell out). It has been 8 business days with no response or acknowledgement of this claim.Desired Settlement: We would like a replacement of the toy as dictated by the warranty.
