Undercover Outdoors

I have been trying to reach someone from the company for a week now. I have left messages with the answering service about 20 times. No one calls back.
We bought the largest,automatic awning and the most expensive one and I can’t get through to customer service.
I will probably have to call another company to get service.
I don’t recommend them at all. They put the awning in a place where the only shade it provided was in the trees on the side of our house.
Then, they charged $300.00 to move it for us.
Doesn’t deserve a BBB rating!

I had a great experience with Undercover Outdoors Inc. under their new management. They were very insightful and patient with the design phase, as I tend to change my mind often. The installation of the project went wonderful, with no hiccups. I have had them back for a spring cleaning and touch up of caulking and will expect them back for any other needs I may have. I am planning on to use this company for Solar shades that we are thinking about for the future!

I also have had terrible experience and with this company. Only one of three awnings were installed correctly. One is installed but not secured to the supports that frame the awing to the exterior wall and the third was removed and never installed again. I've tried calling several times with no success. I would never have elected to pursue this company had I known how unprofessional this company is with no business ethics to maintain a contractual agreement. I would not recommend this company and reluctantly have to add a star but would prefer not to add nothing. I just want my window awning back so I can have another company install it the right way in a professional manner.

Going on three years waiting for them to fix my awnings, not installed properly and ripping. Emailed pictures called MANY times and was told they would get to me they’re very busy! FOR THREE YEARS???

Horrible experience. I bought an awning from Undercover Outdoors in 2015. The awning was not properly installed and there are loose parts that bang against my house on windy days. I have called *** multiple times. No one ever answers. I leave messages, but no one calls back. I have been in contact with Judy, who is listed on this site as a manager, but all she has done is refer me to the number I called. At one point I did receive a call from someone who said they would come and fix the problem. I assumed it had been corrected, but I realized it hadn't the next time we had a windy day. Since that time no one has responded to me. I am very disappointed with the service I have received and want someone to contact me to resolve this.

negative experience. bought awning from undercover outdoors in Mokena. I have a torn valance happened in the winter time. I've called them 7 times starting 1/2017 plus e-mailed them picture of the valance. I have not gotten a reply back as of this date 8/2017.
