Review: I ordered 5 pairs of Wool Thermal Jumpers and 2 wool hats during the stores Black Friday sale. After many emails and phone calls they sent only the hats with no notification of any missing items, I had to chase them about the Thermals.

All I got was an automated response that I was being refunded the price of the Thermals and none of the shipping for the Thermals. I tried to call and email the company again many times as I would NEVER have paid over $50 for 2 cheap hats, they were simply an afterthought to the Thermals.

This company is completely ignoring me which is why I am filing this complaint.

The company is still advertising the Thermals for a much higher price, so it is my belief they simply do not want to honor their sale price. If this is not the case they are continuing to accept orders for products they cannot get in order to rip people off by getting huge shipping fees on any other items the person may have unwittingly added to an order like I did.

Either way this company is not acting in a reputable manner and their practice is fraudulent.Desired Settlement: I want to ship back the 2 hats, be reimbursed for the shipping costs I incur and be paid a full refund of the amount I was charged.

Finally, I want some type of assurance they are not ripping off other people using the same scam as they used on me.

Review: On July **, 2014 I placed an on line order for a pair of pants with this business. I paid a ridiculous shipping fee of $24.95 so that I would have them for a Patriot Guard mission. I still have not received my order. I contacted them regarding this issue and also told them that I saw no way to track it. Two days later I got a response saying order was shipped directly from their warehouse and they would update the tracking number first thing the next morning. There was never a tracking number on my receipt, only an order number. I have not heard anything from them since. I have sent them two e-mails since then, with no reply and still no pants !Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded that outrageous shipping fee. I would like a total refund if they are not going to deliver my order.

Review: I have contacted these people over a dozen times and I spoke directly with management and I was told and lied to every time about sending my the products I paid for. I am tired of calling them and asking where is the merchandise that I paid them for only to be lied to that they were going to ship it that day or the next.Desired Settlement: I expect no less then for them to mail me the items what I paid for. I will never ever deal with this merchant ever again.

Review: This company has accepted payment for an item they have not had in stock for years. It is a part of their advertising scams to lure people to their site. I called and left a message and did not receive a return call. I called again today and was given no different information than what was given from the online ordering system, which says that the order is processing. At this point it is obvious that they do not have the item(s) I ordered and are stalling, in hope that I will forget about the charge and not pursue a denial claim. The first time I ordered the item, they lied to me and said it was in stock. They took my money, and a week later canceled the order. I am still waiting for my money to be returned. to me. Order number #[redacted]. I don't know how you do business on the east coast, but on the west coast when you willfully accept a buyer's money for a product you do not have and cannot get, it is considered fraud.Desired Settlement: Stop your false advertising of the Hibben belt buckle knife

Review: On February [redacted], 2014, I requested a Return Authorization number via telephone to return defective/dirty merchandise that I had ordered online. Uncle Sam's return/exchange policy stated that for online purchases, one can ship the merchandise back to them or drop it off at their 8th Avenue store in New York City. I chose to drop it off in person on February [redacted], 2014. I followed their instructions on how make the return by filling out the appropriate form with the return authorization number and also wrote this number on the box (RA#[redacted], which is also the order#) , per their instructions. Upon arrival at the store, I asked the clerk how long it would take to process this return. She said she had no idea. I felt uncomfortable with dropping off the goods with no trackable method, so I asked for a receipt declaring that I was dropping this online return in person. [redacted], the [redacted], marked my original packing slip/receipt with his signature, date, time and also wrote "returned" on it. After not hearing back, I began to follow up via email on February [redacted], receiving no response from the merchant. On February [redacted], I received an automated email from Uncle Sams' with instructions on how to conduct a return and providing me with the RA# that I had already obtained on February [redacted]. There was no acknowledgement that they were in possession of said return for 13 days. I emailed back and reiterated that I had already dropped off the return, attached the copy of the receipt signed by [redacted] stating that I had done so on February [redacted] and that if this issue was not resolved promptly, that I would dispute this charge with my credit card company. No response. Today, I contacted American Express and disputed the charge.Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund in the amount of $195.94 issued back to my American Express.
