The message that you have forwarded from Umpqua does not address the substance of my complaint
It merely acknowledges that a complaint has been made by myself through the Revdex.comNor does Umpqua's response to Revdex.com state to whom the letter has been sent, to the Revdex.com or to myself, *** ***.
Umpqua Bank has had ten days to contact me to resolve this issueThey know my email address. That is how my complaint was initially lodged with them before I contacted the Revdex.com
Reminds me of the old saying ' the check is in the mail', a way to buy time
When or if this matter is resolved to my satisfaction, you will be the second to know
