Ultra Graphics & Window Tint

Over the last few years we have had graphics done by this company and every time they have put us off for bigger commercial jobs. Twice they forgot we even had orders placed. Recently I spoke to the manager Steve about some flames we wanted placed on our slingshot. I took the slingshot in and Steve made all the measurements and wrote it down on this work order sheet and then never followed up. When Carol called and spoke to one of the girls in the office she said she couldn't find the order. I will no longer do business with a company who's only concerned with doing large projects and not the smaller jobs in their community. I had my own healthcare business and all of my customers were equally important.
