In December 2019, I first went in for a consultation and was told that the living social voucher which I had purchased (which was for “three treatments”) was actually only for one session, and that I would have to purchase more in order to see any results. Since I had already purchased my non-refundable living social package, I was coerced into buying a package, and I chose the smallest package (3 sessions). I took the pictures, filled out the forms and paid the fee. I attended those 4 sessions (which I had paid for in a separate charge). That separate transaction is not the one which is being disputed.
On January 29, when my four sessions were completed, I was told that I needed to book more sessions. I initially felt uncomfortable with such a large purchase and left the facility without purchasing anything. However, on my way home I was called and told that I was going to get a “good deal” and a “family discount” and it was a one-time thing, so I needed to purchase it all at once. This transaction was done after I had left the facility, and I was not allowed to think about it or make this large purchase the next time I was physically in the office.
On 14 March 2019, I had complained to the technician about pain in my kidney area, and after she asked me if I was on any medicine I replied that I was on antidepressants, and since I have PCOS, I was taking metformin. The technician told me that based on what I was taking I was medically ineligible for the treatments and that I should not have been allowed to have treatments in the first place since this can cause serious kidney failure. When I was told this, for my health, I stopped going. Since I am ineligible, I should not have a) been allowed to purchase a package in the first place and b) manipulated to continue treatments.
Since being sick on during a treatment, I've never been back.

This is a email in response to the letter we received from our client ***. Her claim to you (the Revdex.com) is regarding our unethical business or selling practices. I want to first start off by stating that *** has completely fabricated her claim in an attempt to slander our companies name. Her motive is in retaliation for her two (2) separate failed attempts at calling the purchases she made with us as fraud to her credit card company. Both of her claims that she made to her credit card company was denied as we supplied ample evidence that she did, without coercion and of sound mind, make multiple purchases as well as use our services repeatedly (16 separate visits, over 30 hours of services!).
Her current claim that she is “medically ineligible” is completely false because her medication will not cause any issues with our treatments. Lastly, *** still has a few treatments remaining and is more then welcome to continue because she does not have any medical issues that would prevent us from performing our treatments in a safe manner.
In summary, *** has exhibited fraudulent behavior time and time again. Her current claim just like her previous claims are unfounded and baseless. If the Revdex.com would prefer a formal response I am willing to issue one. As further proof of my previous interactions with *** I have attached the rebuttal that we submitted outlining her entire history with us.
