I am rejecting this response because: I emailed and called numerous timesI was told my package would be delivered immediately within a few daysa month went past again prior to not getting it on time the first timefinally I spoke to someone again I just told him I wanted my money at mediately they did refund it within business daysI do not feel that this company went above and beyond to help me out as a customer this is not a reputable company at all I would not refer anyone to purchase from them

End of July we moved our office and as a result, we lost one of our email serversPerhaps her emails were sent and lost on the old server as we had no communication regarding this order until she called us with her complaintDue to staff shortages we are also unfortunately taking longer to fill
