I have used Ultra Air for about 3 years now, mainly for rental properties that I manage. A good example of their service, just this last Sunday one of the tenants texted to say the ac wasn't working well. I called Ultra on a Sunday afternoon, got a call back within 30 minutes, saying they would contact tenant and schedule a time the following morning. The next day, the repairman called me to verify the service, explained the situation, gave me options with price quotes, and within the hour it was repaired. The next day, I received a follow up call to check to make sure the services were done to satisfaction.
I am very happy with Ultra Air, I can count on them in these harsh triple digit summers. I am actually surprised they don't have an A+ rating, they should!!

Ultra Air Conditioning is a great AC Company. The Team reminds me of old school workers who really care about the work they are performing. I cannot recomend them more highly. Coming from a builder backgoround I have been privey to meeting numerous AC Companies through the years and have never met a better group of guys. The owner [redacted] is exceptional in the way he deals with customers and his prices are good too. The team that replaced my heat pump were proficient and tidy. If you are looking for a AC Company, look no further, these guys are the real deal. -[redacted]
