I brought a car back in March and its been a very terrible experience since. First, I had to pay for an additional inspection [in which they dealership should have provided prior to purchase with accuracy], secondly, I had tire issues less than three months of having this vehicle. Thirdly, I inquired about brakes and it was stated that the brakes should last another 10,000 miles, however, the brake light started showing less than 800 miles. This is NOT a cheap vehicle, it is one of the top Audi's made. I am out of almost 7,000 just in services less than four months. I will not recommend this establishment to anyone.

If I could give this unprofessional dealership 0 stars I would. 1 star is even too much for them. I bought my 2015 *** Evo exactly a year ago. They sold me this car with a BROKEN clutch. The clutch gave out literally in 3 weeks. (yes I know how to drive manual, my past 2 cars have been manual, never has to repair a clutch) It took me like 2 weeks to even get a hold of my sales person and the manager. After all the calling I got a hold of them and they agreed to pay for the labor and I paid for the clutch (rip-off). Okay fast forward a few months , clutch goes out again. I took my car to a certified shop called *** in Hoofman Estates. This shop is the only shop in the US , They have people all over the US send their car in to do work to it. Point is changed my clutch for me and when I told them my clutch was "new" that is was JUST installed like 4 months ago they *** near called me stupid. They said that clutch is the same old clutch the car started with in 2015. They said the dealership literally just repaired the clutch so it would last me a few months. After that everything made sense to why the dealership did not watch to install the clutch I wanted even after I offered to paid for the clutch I wanted. This dealership is full of ***. Its so funny because its suppose to be a really professional , expensive , good service dealership. Complete opposite.
