2nd time my family has used ultimate Town Car when traveling to Orlando and both time the service has been excellent. The car was spotless and new. I requested a town car and they showed up with a brand new Cadilac XTS.
I will not be using this company ever again. The service itself was fine but I was overcharged what my quoted amount was for my rides to/from the airport. I have contacted the company three times and every time I call I'm told that they will get this to the correct person and get back to me. Still have not heard back even though I was guaranteed yesterday that I would be contacted by the end of the day.

We made reservations for 2 adults and one infant and we also requested a infant car seat for our trip. About an hour or so before our scheduled pick up we receive a call saying the car that was en route to get us was having mechanical trouble so they will need to send another car. Ok no problem, however the other car will arrive about 30 minutes past our scheduled pick up time which is incredibly inconvenient and puts a lot of extra pressure on us at the airport to get through security and everything with an infant (for anyone that's ever traveled with kids would understand) ! On top of being late they now stated they can't provide an infant seat anymore but can offer a booster seat. A booster seat to a 13 lb baby is useless and incredibly dangerous, might as well just sit her on the seat and buckle her in.... the gentleman on the phone was very rude and basically said this is what we can offer.. take it or leave it.
While I can appreciate them having mechanical problems I don't appreciate them not being able to accommodate a basic reservation that was made with out making us late, possibly missing our flight and putting our childs life endanger. They cancelled our reservation after we hung up the phone saying "dispatch cancelled reservation due to customer being very angry over the phone"... yea I'm angry what do you expect. Rebooking a car service literally last minute that has a infant car seat available and is available itself is not the easiest.
Customer service for ultimate town car is non existent. I will not be booking this place ever again for personal use of for any future travel needs for the company that I work for.
Dear Mr. A, after reviewing your case with our transportation limo service, the company didn't fail at any point to do the service, unfortunately your vehicle we came thru a mechanical problems and we tried a fast solution to get you back to the airport and after speaking with your wife (which was very polite and understood the situation) we asked for departure time and you still had more then 3 hours to get to the airport on time. We have been in business long enough to make sure never of our customer missed a flight. We offered you a solution that could've have solved the problem and you didn't take it. You seem very professional writing bad reviews and the reason your service was cancel by one of our agents was because you insulted him several times using inappropriate bad words. We don't tolerate your behavior in our company. We deserve respect no matter what the problem is. We are human beings and we all make mistakes but not enough to be so rude on the phone. we have sent proper documentation to all the companies and entities regarding this matter. We booked a ride from our hotel to the airport with an 8:30am pickup time. They charged me $12.00 for an early AM pickup when their policy clearly states that the early pickup fee ends at 7:00AM. I have sent 3 emails and left a voicemail to try and get this resolved and they have completely ignored my requests. They advertise on their website as being Revdex.com accredited so we used their service based on the fact we felt they we legitimate and this is not the case.

what happened here was the system automatically added $12.00 on your booking and we did not notice until 10/12. we have refund the money back to your credit account and also sent you a receipt for your records.
in addition to that our limo software crashed for a few days.
We have tried to call you and no luck but we hope this clear the confusion and not only that we are willing to compensate you for your next booking with us with a 20% discount in one of our newer vehicles transportation.

The business contacted me today with an explanation that their email system had crashed etc. etc. so that's why they didn't respond to me. I can not verify this as factual so I have to take their word on it. They did refund my money and give me an explanation, that is what I requested
