The date of the water softener system was installed October 30, 2015, signed by [redacted] contacted me in February 2016, stating she had a leak on the water softener system that I installed I kindly went out to her home and found a 1" fitting had cracked due to freeze damage. I showed [redacted]...
and she didn't believe it froze and wanted me to fix the leak for free. I stated that freeze damage is not covered by the warranty on my company and not by [redacted] the manufacture of the water softener system. [redacted] has no heat in the crawl space where the water softener system is located. [redacted] told me to leave her property. The next few weeks [redacted] continued to harass me and wanted me to come back to fix the 1" cracked fitting for no money. I said no warranty due to freeze damage and blocked her number from my phone. This person [redacted], who filed the complaint is not the person that signed the invoices. [redacted], I have never met or seen this person before. The hot water heater and plumbing under the sinks was completed under [redacted] home warranty company.I am not using another Plumbers License. Completely false statement and defamation of character.
Will put a check for $75.00 in the mail for refund.
I am willing to send back the part in the mail and reimburse [redacted] $200.00 upon receipt from license Plumber.

I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as the appropriate , undamaged and working part is returned to me I will accept $300.00 with out any documentation from anyone. I have spent over $2,000 with this man and lost time from work for installation /repairs that were not completed.Regards, [redacted]
Review: 7/20/2014 Tom R[redacted] removed air conditioner cover. Could not figure out what the problem was. Left a message with tech help. Charged me $75 & did not give me an invoice or explanation of charges.I made a check payment to Ultimate Plumbing. Tom R[redacted] told me he would let me know as soon as tech got back to him. Two weeks later, after not hearing from him I called. Left a few messages & finally Tom R[redacted] answered his phone. He then instructed me to take a photo from my phone of the remote control for the a/c unit. Mr. R[redacted] then informed me that he "thought" it might be the receiver, not the remote that was causing the issue. Mr. R[redacted] said he would let me know the cost for this repair. Never heard back from him. Left numerous messages. Finally got in touch with him in late August of 2014. a month after his first visit. Again, he said he would let me know. I left him one last voice mail this week informing him that I would be contacting B.B.B. regarding this situation. Today is Sept. 4, 2014 and he has not gotten back to me. We have had heat waves since the time my A/C ceased & Mr. R[redacted] has not shown inconsiderate business ethics by ignoring my calls & leaving me without repairs. He also left a part from my air conditioning unit out when he replaced the cover. I had requested that he come back & replace it & he did not fulfill my request. He simply took $75 from me for nothing. I am still without air conditioning & now have another company assisting me with this repair.IDesired Settlement: I am requesting the return of my $75 payment to this company, as they have literally left me in the heat for a month and a half in the middle of summer. Thank you.

Ultimate plumbing and heating and air conditioning is a complete ripoff. They installed an outside heart pump (2,500)and wired everything improperly causing my inside unit to stop working. They are very unprofessional. my unit stopped working a week later and my indoor unit had to be replaced. They never came to resolve the issue and stopped returning my phone calls.
