I am responding to a complaint we received from
[redacted] we made a reservation for them on 8/25/15 for 9/12/15 10am pickup to 4pm Rowland Hts to Temecula winieres we sent one of our 20 passenger party buses which had no issues at all...

everything was in working order they left Temecula at 3pm they would not have made it to rowland hts by 4pm also our party bus did have a flat tire due to something on the 15 freeway on there way home the vehicle has dual tires in the rear so we were able to get them off the freeway to a safe place the driver called me and I personally took them another vehicle as fast as possible and they were taken home from there we did not charge them any over time we charged just for the time they used until the vehicle had a flat tire did not charge them to take them home in the other vehicle also sorry we had a flat tire this is something that was not preventable but was remedied as fast as possible thank you
