Ultimate Limousine

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
I understand that mistakes happen and things can go wrong. But I think the best companies and owners are those who can deal with those situations and make it right for the customer.
I will not go into the entire story but this company screwed up our reservation so badly that the 14 high school students almost missed the entire dance.
Then, when I attempted to contact management the week after to just discuss what happened emails and phone calls were ignored by management. I was continually told by "Carol" that the owner would get back to me but .... crickets! The owner listed as "Andy W" filed a false affidavit with my CC company stating "there were no issues."
I don't even care about the money ... I was prepared to pay what I did. But the fact that this company couldn't even own up to the issue and at least credit for the 1 1/2 hours we waited for someone to get to us is absolutely unjustifiable.
I have used many car, van, driver services out there and never have I been treated like this company treated us. SO, please use another service because if something does go wrong, it will be a train wreck for you.
