Ultimate Fences Design

I had a very bad experience with this company. We only need to replace a section of wood fence and one gate. For the past two months after we agreed on the work timeline and quote, they kept postponing coming to install the fence at the very last minute. I've been calling their office many times without proper response. Especially on the day of their coming to install, they called me and said that the quote they gave before will not be honored, they will only install fences but not to stain. Larry told me "You can go ahead to hire the other company if you don't accept the change on quote." Totally lack of communications and responsibility!
