Ultimate Class Airfares

I don't usually take the time to write a review for a company when everything goes well. I just go on about my day, happy that I had a good experience. I think most people only write reviews when they are unhappy, so I am taking the time to say something great. I recently switched from my previous travel agency and tried Ultimate Class Airfares for the first time for a discounted First Class ticket to Hong Kong. From my very first request to my return home, I was so pleasantly surprised by the customer service at Ultimate Class Airfares. I could tell right from the start that everyone that works there really loves their job. They delivered the exact ticket I requested at a substantial discount, I then had an issue come up last minute that required a change. The President of the company stayed up until 1 am to get it done for me, and my flights were amazing. They even emailed me after my return to make sure all went well. I hear companies talking about how important customer service is, but this is the first company I've ever really seen make it an action. I know they were busy, because I could hear the phones ringing in the background when I called, but they treated me like I was the only customer they had. I am so impressed, and I definitely have a new travel agency.
