Ulmeus

I ordered from this business, and then wondered if it was a scam and emailed their customer service email address to cancel it. A few days later I received a response saying that the order had been cancelled. I then started receiving texts from Joss and Main saying that a delivery was in route, but I thought it was an error because I've never ordered from them.

About a week later, a different item than the one I'd ordered from Ulmeus showed up at my house from ***.

I checked my credit card about the Ulmeus charge and it had gone through. I emailed asking why and did not receive a response.

I called *** to find out what was happening. They said they didn't know, and would research it. They said that email address on the order was not mine, and the credit card wasn't either.

I called *** back the next day to see if their research had concluded. It had. They said it was fraud. 4 different credit cards were used, none mine, before the order went through. *** advised that they were likely all stolen credit cards. The order was placed in my name using my address by someone else. I was billed for this chair by PayPal, this PayPal account is called HOANGHOAINA, associated with a phone # in California, 402-935-7733. Not surprisingly, I get no response from any of these email addresses.
