I ordered 2 wigs from the website a blonde and black one not only was the wrong wig and wrong color (burgundy) sent but I also only received 1 wig. I ordered on the 2nd of April didn’t hear anything until I started questioning on the 23rd why it was taking so long I filed a complaint and requested a refund through PayPal but because something was delivered they did nothing I’m very disappointed in not only PayPal but this company I wouldn’t recommend anyone order anything from them they are scammers.they try to give you the run around until it’s too late to file a complaint with a our bank to dispute the charges.
