UFC Gym - Kailua

We are seeking reimbursement for 5 unautorized charges.

We have made over 15 attempts to amicably and professionally resolve this, first with the local manager. He was profusely apologetic and reassured us that the refund was in the mail.
When no payment was received, we continued to follow up and eventually received an email indicating that corporate denied the reimbursement.

He indicated that we needed to contact corporate (despite the fact that a month earlier he indicated that the check was in the mail).
We followed up with corporate, leaving several voice mails and sending emails, as well.
To date, no one has acknowledged receipt or responded.

We are seeking reimbursement for 5 unauthorized charges, totaling $391.90.
We informed corporate that if we did not receive a response, that we would contact the Revdex.com.
