Jon has been 2 years delinquent in delivering remodel drawings for my house. He continually promises a date, does not deliver, and does not ever give a reason for why he missed it.

Finish the job Completed remodel plans that are approved by the city.
I am in communications with Brett, trying to resolve the issue and obtain approval of his project.
The city is requiring additional work by a civil engineer that wasn't expect and is very costly.
Even though its outside of my scope of work, I'm trying to reduce the required civil engineering work.
This civil engineering work must be approved before my plans can be approved.
I am doing helping the client with this civil engineering issue for free even though it wasn't part of our agreement.
The client is also trying hard to resolve the civil engineering issue.
