I am the Network and Telecom manager for Lovelace Healthcare in Albuquerque, NM. We are large business customers for Centurylink, Level 3, Comcast, Verizon, AT&T and just about any other Voice/Data Service Provider in the state of New Mexico. My challenge has always been to manage all of my existing voice and data services provided by these various vendors while trying to stay abreast of the ever changing technologies that help keep our organization profitable. My solution has always been Dale B and UC Cloud Solutions. I have turned to UC Cloud, time and time again, when I have questions about my existing services from carriers we use. Mr. B brings his many years of experience working in this industry to any discussions about billing discrepancies, streamlining services, or cutting edge technologies, and he provides the necessary project management skill needed while representing our interests when working on complex networking and telecom installations.
