This business kept my phone for over one month (yes you read that right) after I was quoted 3 days for an *** speaker repair. It was extremely stressful, nobody would phone me back when I desperately called multiple times to attempt to get my phone back. When I went in to check on my phone the staff did not even know where it was and were confrontational. The discount I received for this horrible inconvenience was pitiful. I will never send a device to this business again for repair, as I have lost all trust in their integrity and ability to perform their advertised services. There are better phone repair providers in Vancouver.
