clients and I am sorry that she did not understand what she purchased. We always tell the client how much time they purchased when we schedule them. I have one company and do not clean under Miracle Maids or The Soapranos. This is the first Revdex.com complaint for Uber House Cleaning in 8 years.

The ad I responded to specifically stated the square footage and I specifically explained what my house was to be cleaned for. Bottom line, the person sent to clean my house should have discussed the possibility of not being able to clean the whole house before she began working so that a list of priorities could have been discussed. The fact that Cheryl had not charged my card and only chose to charge it AFTER I complained is extremely bad customer service. If having ONLY happy clients was truly her goal, she would have responded to my emails and attempted to work out a compromise, but instead she cut off all contact as soon as I disagreed with her initial response and charged my card. Also, I have documentation from my bank that she did in fact charge me under the name Miracle Maids and the contact info on the Maid perfect, Soapranos and Miracle Maids websites is her contact info. Please see attached documentation that shows she DOES operate under all of the names I previously listed. I assume she is choosing to market herself primarily under Uber Cleaning now to escape all of the bad reviews she has under all of the other names she goes by. I still would like to be refunded the full amount I was charged $171.72.
