U Save Car Rental

They are a great local business to rent cars from and when I need a car they are who I turn to I would not rent anywhere else I have been renting cars from them for years not and they are awesome They know me by name and always take care of all my rental car needs and concerns

YES I ONLY SIGN ONE PAPER THAT'S STATES THAT THEY WAS GETTING THE AMOUNT OF 77.59 OFF THE CARD THAT DAY AND THAT'S ALL NO OTHER CHARGES SUPPOSED TO CAME OFF MY CARD REGARDING THE THINGS SHE DID OR DONE TO THEIR VEHICLE.. AND I DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE OTHER CHARGES COMING OFF MY CARD UNTIL I...

CALLED TO CHECK MY ACCOUNT TO PAY MY BILLS AND THAT'S WHEN THEY TOLD ME ABOUT THE NEGATIVE ON MY ACCOUNT DEALING WITH U-SAVE CAR AND TRUCK RENTAL

Ms.  [redacted] used her credit/debit card to pay for the rental car.  We asked the relation of Ms. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted] and were told that they were sisters.  Ms. [redacted] authorized the charges and signed the credit/debit card authorization slip.  Ms. [redacted] was only charged for the rental and not for the damage to the vehicle or for smoking in the vehicle.  We attempted to pursue Ms. [redacted] for the damage to the rental car since we were informed she was the one driving the car when the damage occurred but unfortunately were unable to make contact with her on this issue.  We are not aware of any agreements made between Ms. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted], however we have offered to provide Ms. [redacted] with any information we can that would help her in the recovery of any money owed by Ms. [redacted] to Ms. [redacted].  As unfortunate as Ms. [redacted] situation may be we are not responsible for her decision to pay for the rental.  Her complaint is apparently with Ms. [redacted] and not us.
