On April.20,2017, she visited my establishment along with her daughter asking dress to be pressed. I quoted price of $30.00 she okay"d and I created 2 same copies of invoices with balance due showing $30.gave her a copy & kept one for our reference. On April.26,2017 she came back herself to pick...

up the dress by presenting her copy of invoice and I cross checked with mine told her the price she briefly said she thought she paid already but I said she did not by showing her copy of invoice showing balance due.then she handed me her credit/debit card.she signed copy and left with her dress.a few minutes later she came back keeps claiming she prepaid.I asked her to talk to her daughter.she went to her car and came back in said her daughter said same.An argumentative conversation went on for a few more minutes and I finally had to advise her that I don"t know what more to tell her and I would not take any possible risk of losing potential client over $30.she stood there for a little and left. FYI, I been running this establishment at the same location since 1999 and currently associated with over 3200 active clients.and I think that shows a lot about my business reputations.
