Because she did not register the vehicle in her name U-Pull-It was still listed as the Legal owner as the vehicle was entered into our Monthly Wreckers report, a T-4 notice was faxed to the DOL to notify of the coming transaction. The supporting documents show the Vehicle Impound Notice that U-Pull-It received. All vehicles sold at a wrecking yard in the State of Washington are sold on a Bill of Sale and must be inspected prior to issuing new registration, Title and plates. Ms. [redacted] was instructed to reimburse U-Pull-It Auto Parts $592.43 in impound fees that we payed by December 29th 2017 in order to avoid having the vehicle foreclosed on. Ms. [redacted] stated she did not have the money and did not retrieve the vehicle. A certified letter was mailed to her to reinforce the timeline and the amount that U-Pull-It Auto parts was owed and we have not received notification until this complaint.
