On August 13, I visited the U-Haul of Frisco Prosper to gather my belongings out of storageWhen I entered my storage unit, I noticed a very apparent musty smell and mold ALL over my itemsI immediately went to the office and had the manager, Brian, come back to my unit to look at itHe advised that he is going to put in an insurance claim and that the insurance company will be in contact with me and to leave my stuff in the unit until I hear from themAfter speaking to insurance, I decided that it was best, based on their approval, that I get as much as I could out of my unit that could be savedOn August 30, I went back to my unit and noticed that it had got a lot worseThere was a lock on my unit because I did not pay my August 27th bill (I am working with the office to get this waived) so there were associates that helped me into my unitOne of them told me that she has advised management for the past years that there is mold in my uni
