I spoke with the customer, he informed me that he has contacted someone in the organization who could provide him with information. Customer indicated that his concern was:
Poor customer service
Product formulation has changed since the last time he purchased product.
Customer stated that it was explained to him that nothing could be done for the staining of the product.
