Tyson Fence is a poorly run company from every aspect I had an almost $7,fence installation completed by this company that was one of the most stressful experiences of my life During the estimate phase, they "no call/no showed" at the first agreed upon estimate time During the rescheduled estimate, the estimator arrived late and offended my animal rights views while standing on my property and vying for my business During the proposal phase, they emailed 3-blank copies of the proposal before sending me a completed copy Once I made the 1/3rd down payment to secure my spot on the schedule, Tyson Fence did nothing to show I was in any way a valuable customer of theirs In fact, the install crew informed me that is business practice for this company Once they get the down payment, the customer is basically on Tyson Fence's watch and they will get around to the customer when they have time The last sentence is a summary of the install crew's words, not mine They did not call to schedule the installation When I called them to schedule the installation it took three days of back and forth text messaging to get the installation date finalized The installers showed up no earlier than 10am and was gone by 3pm each day At one point, they even told me they needed to leave my job to fix another job - making me feel less valued The job took almost twice as long to complete as what I was told The install crew shared with me other customer complaints they received as well as informed me of their drug addiction struggles While I am compassionate to their struggles, a business relationship is not the appropriate place to discuss such matters I realized the job was complete when the install crew stopped showing up The install crew left behind trash and pieces of metal in my yard as well as tags tied to the fence, all of which I was forced to clean up myselfThis is a very brief summary of my experience with Tyson Fence This is a company that, in every single phase of their business, does not show any positive customer service skills or even sound business practices I am submitting this review only as a means to make potential future customers looking for a fence installation company aware of my experience with Tyson Fence Hopefully, through this measure, others will choose a different company and have a better experience than I had
