Review: I am having problems with my frame of windows splitting a defect in manufacturing. I have mold and dirt between the panes of glass that was caused by not being properly installed. The patio door was not properly installed and is getting moisture behind my wood work and is water damaged.Desired Settlement: I would like the windows that are defective to be replaced and installed correctly. I would like the other windows and patio door that were not properly installed to be done correctly. Or I would like to be reimbursed for the total cost of the windows and labor that have to be replaced.
