Review: owner when talked to about a police report was beligarant and refused to acknowledge staement then proceeded to falsely repair ultra 113 groundpounder motorcycle ang charged me approx 228.00 in 08-01 of 2013 then taken home the bike ran for 30 min and stalled then leaked the entire contents of the fuel tank about 3 gallons of fuel on to my right leg from the carburator.I called the owner [redacted] who then was more evaisive and beligerant than befor denied any wrong doing and said return the bike. I have continue two suffer from seriouse health issues and stated to [redacted] that gas Poured out of the bikes carberator which was reported to police that it spilled all over my leg and caused me irepairable harm as my disease is exacuberated by gasoline on my skin.I did not recover fully after this incident and am still very ill with a severe blood dissorder.I braught the bike later as [redacted] opologised and said he would make amends and fix the bike.I had to wait until aprrox 12-03-13 when I felt better enough to return the bike to [redacted] for the repair thet should have been done in 08-01 of 2013He then told as stated on the repair sheet that he had rebuilt the carburator replaced spark plugs added new fuel cap, fuel valve and charged me an adittional 392.27 whe he should have done it the second time for free.I had to pay again to get back the bike.[redacted] stated that I better get it home and sell it fast after it stalled at his shop and had to be jump started a second time.It stalled on the way home one mile from my house and had to be pushed home.I again was soaked with duel as it leaked all the gas on my leg again and I found that [redacted] or his mechanic has not rebuilt the carburator but had in fact assembled the float that controls the gas flow on backwards intensionaly which put my life at risk for possible explosion of gas ignition on a hot header exhast pipe from sparks.Desired Settlement: I request since the bike was never repaired properly a full refund ,then I may not file criminal charges against Randy the owner of two cycles motorcylcle shop for not repairing the motorcyle and reinstalling the carburator float upside down causing a massive fuel disscharge on my leg close to sparks from the header tip that could have caused a possible fire putting my life in jeapardy.
