Two Men and A Truck

Two men and a truck *** West Palm Beach. I hired two men and a truck to move my things to a new location. The first estimate I got was for two men and the bill was approx.$695.00 to $834.00 Without further notice, when they arrived, there were three men and a significantly larger bill. I was not told of the change before they came. I think this is called "Bate and Switch". In the end the amount was $1,761.94, of which I had no choice to pay. They destroyed my entrance door by moving the couch. In communication the co. wanted to fix the door...it cannot be fixed, it has to be replaced. After almost 2 months the co. decided to replace the door. If these people knew how to move furniture, they would have known the back and the arms come off the couch to make it easier to move. They scratched up numerous pieces of furniture. I have several pieces of antique furniture. When moving them, they are to be lifted by the bottom of the item not the top. One piece of furniture was completely destroyed. I even paid the $45.00 if something was damaged, and it was. This company is a joke. When they were small, they were good. Now they have gotten sloppy in hiring and how they handle your business. The best advertising anyone can get is, word of mouth...I am sure it is obvious what I will be saying about your company. I also understand the reputation your company has up north is just as bad.
