We had this company come out to an abandoned rental property, have a thorough look and give us a quote. We were repeatedly told it was "not that bad" and would cost $650-800 maximum. The next day, they did the work and called to tell us the new charge was $1550. Upon pushback, they offered to charge $1400. Still unhappy, they offered to charge $1200. We have them $800 as that was the max we agreed to. He then gave us a receipt and the job was done. They do the job, but it appears they con people for double and it's something they do often. Would never ever hire them again.
