Review: On 8/**/15, I purchased a Faber Range Vent Hood and Hood Liner from Two Guys Discount Appliances. Both items were picked up at the store on 9/**/15. My contractor decided not to use the Range Hood Liner so we returned it to the store on 9/**/15. We were told that our Discover account would be credited for the $141.12. That credit never appeared. Several calls to the store were made and we were assured the credit would be issued, however, to date no credit has been received.Desired Settlement: Issue a credit of $141.12 to my Discover account

Review: I purchased a Samsung LCD TV and 5 year warranty around 1-2009 and was never given any paper work for the warranty. When the TV broke during the 4th year (11/*/13) I contacted the store about the problem and [redacted] at Two Guys told me to contact Samsung directly. Samsung sent Williston TV to fix the TV which cost $421.47, I returned to the store and they told me it would be a problem because I already had the TV fixed.

I complained and [redacted] asked me to give them a few weeks to find the paper work. After a few weeks I contacted Two Guys again and spoke to [redacted] who said he would resolve the issue in two days. I provided them with the Serial Number of the TV ([redacted]) and was told they are working on it. Its now been weeks since I have been contacted by the store.

My 5 year warranty is expiring this month and I believe Two Guys are trying to run out the clock so the warranty is expired.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $421.47 by the 1/**/14. A small claims law suit will be filed 1/**/14 if no refund is received.

Also I will then be contacting the DA's office and be advising my friends via [redacted] and other social media to avoid using Two Guys Discount Appliance.
