Hello this is *** ** *** and I am contacting you on the complaint with the ID ***For the car, I've had it fixed times with receipts to prove the dates and warranty were valid within those monthsAs for the truck, it has been a year since they did work to the transmissionI haven't been able to use the truck because of the transmission and after the first time my transmission line came out I have not plowed since! I have went over and calmly asked told them about the transmission and asked for them to pay for the labor

Phone response - The wheel bearings have a month warranty on labor, the 2nd issue was after the months, so labor had to be paidAs far as the pickup, the work was done on 3/3/2015, any issues would have shown up with in a few weeks, not a year laterHow can I be responsible for that, I
have now idea how they used the truck, they do plow with itThis is the first I am hearing of any problem since the work was completed

Phone response - the consumer never paid for labor on the bearings, NAPA paid the labor charges, even after the month periodOur work is warrantied for days or miles, the transmission is out side of that period
