I purchased Twisted X® Men's Grey Work Chukka Driving Moc Lace Up Shoes MXCN001 × 1
10.5M from Country View Wester Store online on 7/23/2023. When I wore them to work you could tell that the Left shoe was crooked, giving a “pigeon toe” effect. I contacted CVWS, sent pictures and told them about the problem. They said I could not get a repair or another shoe, that Twisted X would have to make that determination. Well…it is now 9/13/2023 and still waiting on that determination. It only took me 1/2 a day to determine the faulty factory defect, what’s taking Twisted X so long?
The sole separated from the boot, under a year in the warranty period. There is still tread left on the sole but the boots are not useable because the sole is coming off. Twisted X emailed me a boilerplate reply at the end of the warranty claim process saying it was normal wear and tear. Soles falling apart in under a year is normal?
