June 24, 2018 I ordered four reports ( order 11832 for Ralph D Frith, Rufus W FRith, Harold Billington and Marlin Sharp). I received reports for Ralph Frith and for Rufus Frith. On October 2, 2018 I ordered one report( order 12581 for James A Billington) that I have not received. During the three and a half years, I have sent numerous inquiries on the website emails. July 11, 2021 I emailed updated information on the three reports in question. The last response to my numerous inquiries was July 1, 2019. What must I do to get a response? Do I need to contact the Better Business Bureau or do I need to file a complaint because the website states that they will try theirr best to respond within 72 hours? I appreciate Covid 19 restrictions were in place for over a year, but that was two years after my order. I was unable to send a review of zero stars or a negative number of stars.

I received an email from Deidre D*** on April saying she had gotten my complaint from the Revdex.com and wanting to know how to proceedShe promised to have the $for the WWII service record refunded "at the latest" days later on Saturday, April As of today, April I still have not received the refundI replied in an email that same day (April 3) stating that I would like to have the Civil War pensions by April but would she please tell me the status of the recordsI wanted to know if she had done the research and was just waiting on processing to pdf or if, given over months since I placed the order and having plenty of opportunities to get to the Saint Louis National Archives, she still hadn't even done the researchI complained to her about the lack of communication on her part to keep her customers appraised of any problems with their ordersI have not gotten a response from her, nor have I gotten my refund or my Civil War pension recordsIt seems she would rather spend her time on frivolous social media than take care of her business
