Review: I place an order with this company on April 23rd for some muay thai equipment for a total of $225.03. The order number was AB-4629. I've tried contacting customer service by leaving my order number and return number and I haven't received a response. I've even emailed the company and tagged a message with my order asking what is the status of my order. I've even checked again to see if the equipment might be backordered, but I couldn't find anything saying so on the equipment. I'm mostly trying to figure out the status on the order. At the same time I believe this company should be reprimanded for their poor customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like to know the status of my order and a projected shipping date. If they can not provide the proper information I would like a full refund.
Review: I placed a order from the http://twinsspecial.com/ web site on 1/16/14 it is now 3/14/2014 and I have called multiple times about the order and no one ever responds or or calls back I have left messages via the web site and no one responds the money for this order #[redacted] was removed from my account on 1/20/2014 this is unprofessional and frustrating. the products are really well made but this makes me want to never touch them again. this is a scam I'm out 87 bucks for two mounts now and I have no boxing gloves to show for it. I have reshearced this and looked on the Revdex.com website and this is not the first time this has happened to some one so I know it is not just me.Desired Settlement: I either want the boxing gloves I orderd or my money refunded back into my account

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. This week, we were able to contact the customer and informed him about an incoming inventory shipment in route to the USA via air freight. We were able to offer the customer an item from this shipment very similar to the one he ordered (he requested silver gloves, and we were able to offer him silver gloves with a black palm).
The customer was happy with the option offered to him. The substitute gloves are $10 more expensive than the gloves he originally ordered, but we were glad to upgrade him at no additional cost. We also added a pair of $14 handwraps to his order at no additional charge.
We look forward to shipping the customer's order to him as soon as possible.

Review: An online order was placed on Nov. 18, 2013 (order# [redacted]). I contacted Twins Special (3) days later regarding shipment of the order, and I was told some of the items weren't in stock, they had offered some replacement item except for a pair of white/green speed mitts, which they said would be back in stock and ready to ship on/before December 6, 2013. I left numerous messages, and submitted a few emails regarding the order, with no reply or follow-up from the company.Desired Settlement: Deliver product immediately, and offer 50% discount on next purchase without any issues.

Thank you for contacting us regarding this customer concern. In this case, the problem was caused by delays from the factory in Thailand. We have spoken with the customer recently and addressed their concerns by applying a substantial discount to the punching mitts, which will ship soon, and by offering some guarantee of savings off their next order. The customer seemed satisfied and we welcome them to call if they have any additional needs.
