This customer was verbally abusive to my employees and a family members that was also present at the birthday party was also. One of the family members tried to come into a private area of my office and pushed an employee out of the way to get past her. The customer was not happy because
she saw of my employees getting ready for Halloween that were NOT scheduled to work and she assumed they were. She had mentioned to one employee that she was happy with the party but contradicted herself and told another she wasn't. My staff that was working did their duties and helped with the party as trained. I feel we were set up so the customer could get a refund. I have expressed to her multiple times that she would not be getting a refund because my staff did what was expected of them on a professional and timely manner, It was just a misunderstanding of who was working. The customer had it in her head (assumed) she wasn't going to have the adequate service needed. I told the customer that I would talk to all my employees about the importance of doing activities not related to work privately
