Review: My wife and I brought a 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 for my son from Twi Rocks Auto in Uniontown, Pa.on June 7th 2014.After my son noticed a 1"x 2' gap in the frame of his truck we took it back to the car lot to get it resolved. [redacted] one of there employees looked at it and agreed with us.Mr [redacted] said he doesn't sell cars with a damaged frame I ask him to look at it and he refused. I told him that the inspection station did not do a proper inspection cause they would have noticed the large gap.He told us to take it to [redacted] and see if they had a recall on this truck.We talked to [redacted] there she call Dodge and I talked to [redacted] she said there was no recall on this truck the only way a recall could be done the problem would half to occur three times for the same defect.We returned back to Twin Rocks Auto He had someone who could repair it ,we informed he we did also he told us to go and get a estimate.We took the truck to [redacted] in [redacted] .Mr [redacted] said that the inspection was done In proper .After we returned with the information he went to another room and called the owner of the car lot.He came back and said they will give us the money to fix the repair but I had to sign a waver stating that Twin Rocks Auto was done with us as a coustomer .I told him I couldn't do that . If my son was ever killed or injured because of a defect caused by the truck I could not take further action.And my sons life was worth more then $400.00 repair he told us to get out.Desired Settlement: I just want your company if possible to send Twin Rocks Auto a letter about there selling practice..I contacted a lawer and the legal fees would be more then it's worth as far as the repair.
