Review: I [redacted] had a written contract with [redacted] the owner of twin flooring. He came in a did half of the work contract and never came back to finish the job. I am handi caped and the crew left furniture disarrayed were I can trip over it. They also left my door off my beaker box and there garbage in my laundry room. Mr. [redacted] and I had a number of conversations about him sending his crew back to finish the contacting work, and no one has returned. In conclusion Mr. [redacted] was very rude and my family is very disappointed with twin flooring!Desired Settlement: I want this complaint to be posted on the your website so everyone can see how badly this business does service.

Response:

Twin Flooring was hired to refinish Mrs. [redacted]’s hardwood flooring, which we did. However, there was a part of the floor that needed to be replaced. Mrs. [redacted] authorized Twin Flooring to do this. In reference to Mrs. [redacted]’s complainant, she did not want to pay anymore, which was not part of the original quote. We had to replace a few of the hardwood boards, which we would have to order, then refinish the whole room, so the hardwood would match. We gave Mrs. [redacted], a second quote for that part of the job. We were not obligated, in any way, to do more work, at no charge. We try and work with our customers, as best as we can. We offer financing and payment programs.
