Basically the customer did install the element they bought, he even admitted that to me when we spoke on the phoneWe are able to tell when an electrical part like that one is installed by the marks that get left on the terminalsWhen I spoke to him on the phone and
informed him of the signs we have hanging at the front counter explaining our return policy, he told me that his wife did see these signs but did not bother to read themHad the customer not installed the part we would have returned his money even though company policy is no returns on electrical parts, installed or notWhere we do not sell used parts we could not take back the installed part.
