I am not sure what quite happened here with this incidentI am usually pretty good about reaching out to the customers when there is a concern or complaint, however over the last few months I have suffered the loss of my father and my uncle in which I have had to take time offI direct my
employees to give the customers my store phone number as I am there Monday through Friday from 7am until 3pmThis is one incident I did not hear aboutI would like the opportunity to talk to the customer and make things right, as I can see there is obviously some kind of misunderstanding.
