I was not aware of Miss [redacted] having a problem with her vehicleTill I got a letter from the state that she filed the complaintAs soon as I receive that letter I called the state and gave them an update on everythingI Also contacted Miss [redacted] to see if there was anything that I can do to helpShe told me that there were no seatbelts in the backseat at that point I asked her to bring the car to are dealership so we could look at it and get it fix for herShe never showed up and I've never heard from her sinceThree weeks to a month after she purchased the vehicle from us she came in and asked me if there was anything we can do to put her in another vehicle because she could not afford her monthly paymentI told her that at that time I did not have anything else that I could refinance for her or get her a lower noteShe told me she was going to go to her bank and get it refinancedShe also told me that her son had a big trust there and that they were going to pay the car offI spoke to the finance company and told them everything that me and miss *** talked aboutThey asked me to try to help them collect a payment from her because one had not been makeI tried to contact her but I had no luckSpoke to the daughter which also was on the contract she told me that her mom could not afford to car and for the finance company to come pick it upFrom that point I don't know what happened with the carShe also has an extended service agreement which is good for any mechanic shopshe can take her car in and get it worked onIf there is a problem with the seat belts I will help her and I will address itThank You [redacted] Fair Way Motors LLC

As per phone conversation with business:Fairway Auto Company has been out of business since October 2014.

She never showed up and I've never heard from her since. Three weeks to a month after she purchased the vehicle from us she came in and asked me if there was anything we can do to put her in another vehicle because she could not afford her monthly payment. I told her that at that time I did not have anything else that I could refinance for her or get her a lower note. She told me she was going to go to her bank and get it refinanced. She also told me that her son had a big trust there and that they were going to pay the car off. I spoke to the finance company and told them everything that me and miss [redacted] talked about.
