Twin Cities Dermatopathology

I'm an esthetician in the Twin Cities and tell patients daily to see a dermatologist for skin checks. I stress the importance of making sure their skin clinic does NOT use Twin Cities Dermatopathology! I had numerous bills, all paid in full, or so I thought. I received another bill on April 27, 2023, that should have gone through insurance. After trying to contact Twin Cities Dermatopathology and my clinic to figure this out, I received a letter from a debt collector in September. WOW. Terrible business with horrible customer service.

My doctor sent a specimen to Twin Cities Dermatopathology in November 2019. I received a bill in December and sent the card information from my Health Savings Account card. I received another bill stating they would only accept checks. This HSA does NOT have checks associated with it. I have explained this several times to Twin Cities and to their rude billing service. I resent the HSA card information to complete this matter.
