Twin Cities Anesthesia Associates

TC Anesthesia,repeatedly bills for the same service. I have paid the same bill twice, yet they continue to bill. I assumed a mistake, but now believe that this is a fraudulent practice to simply enhance revenue. And it worked, once, as I paid the bill twice.

I am being billed for anesthesia administered at Regions Hospital where I had a defibrulator implanted. The Veterans Administration is picking up full medical expenses per their agreement. I called TCAA on 11.8.19 and the person I spoke with was very rude. She interrupted me several times while I was talking. I suggested TCAA contact Regions' billing dept. as their invoice could be sub-abrogated or possibly they would shed some light on the invoicing process. The TCAA employee said in an unpleasant way, "we don't make external calls." (She never gave me her name). I then explained that the VA had approved the payment of all connected surgical costs. I offered to give her their national 800 number so they could make arrangements for payment and verify connected facts RE the invoicing process. She wouldn't take down this number and then said to me, "this call is going nowhere" and she hung up the phone.
