interruptionsLife is not perfect, definitely not in the business worldWhen we encountered the Toyota Prius and its owner the day became much more interesting and excitingTo simply put it we placed a documented OEM back glass on the vehicleWe followed standard procedure with this customer just like all the other customersIn regards to back glass replacements every auto glass company, meaning over percent follow the same stepsAlthough its not easy, one cuts the glass out, puts a form of glue on the body, place the glass on top the glue, lastly place tape around the outside edge of the glass for two days just as a precautionThrough my experience people usually are frustrated or frightened when it comes to things which are unknownThat's what happened on October 2, 2015, the procedures which we followed were procedures that our customer was unaccustomed of seeingWe were unaware at the time but our customer was upset because he "did not know" which led to a misunderstandingAt Twin Brothers we pride ourselves on being informative, making our customers smile, and doing an excellent job, on October X XXXX we found out that when individuals have a bad day its best to stay out of there way

The business did not address any of the concerns raised in the complaintInstead, the business chose to comment on my perceived mood during our interactionI would like the business to provide the invoice related to my transaction as I was not provided with an invoiceI have pictures that show the poor workmanship and I am happy to submit this as evidenceLastly, the business response claims that the glass was an OEM glass when the facts are that it is notI have a picture of the glass as well as the testimony of the glass repair shop that fixed the work of Twin BrothersI expect a refund of the value of the glass Repair
