Twisted Pizzeria and Restaurant

I just want to give a review cause I contacted the restaurant and still have not heard back. First complaint is they tried adding and extra tip to our order that was fixed right away. The second complaint is we ordered food Saturday Oct 13. We got three cheeseburgers two of the cheeseburgers one was a kids meal was not cooked all the way. One of the burgers was mine and im eight months pregnant and cant eat it like that. So for us to eat it after waiting an hr to deliver I had to cook both of them on the stove to further cook them which is not right. The point of ordering is out is not to cook and on the receipt in my email it says well done so we did say on there how we want it. I tried calling restaurant it was busy so sent an email never heard back. wanted people to know to be careful and apparently they dont like to contact back so we are taking our business elsewhere.
