This customer ordered the wrong hitch, although our site has a measurement guide so the customers can make sure they are getting the right hitch. This was a special order item. We do not take returns on these, but we made an exception, and said we would take it back with a restock gee and our...
original outbound fright taken out of the refund. The customer did not even box up the hitch, just taped label to it and gave it to UPS. It came back to us bent up and unusable, and we still gave the customer the partial refund.
He can return for a full refund if he wishes, as long as there is really a problem with it.
This did come in and was refunded in full on 3-14-18.

I am so sorry. This item, as the UPS tracking shows, did not get back to us. Hopefully it is insured, and the customer can collect from UPS.
