Review: I signed a contract on 5/28/ 2015 for a new pool to be installed. and he has not deliverd nor has he returned any phone calls, or tex messages. I gave him $2000.00 I have also filled paper work with the Attorney Generals office.

It is now August and no Pool.

Review: Mr. [redacted] gave me an estimate for repair of my swimming pool in the amount of $710 on March 16, 2015. He gave me the following address to send a check for down payment of the proposed swimming pool repair:

T.W. [redacted].

Accordingly, I sent a check in the amount of $300 dated May 5, 2015. He scheduled the work three separate times but each time was a no show. During the week of July 22, 2015, I requested a refund of my down payment. Mr. [redacted] again said he would come on July 29, 2015 to do the work. I replied that that it was too late for that because the swimming season was nearly over and reiterated my request for the refund - $150 by August 15, 2015 and $150 by September 15, 2015. He did not respond nor has he sent the refund.Desired Settlement: I request refund of $250 and will offer Mr. [redacted] to keep $50 for his expenses in preparing the estimate for repair of my swimming pool.
